I am frequently asked my opinion of culinary careers.
Well, personally, I had no formal training and at the time when I would have liked to indulge myself, I was tied down with responsibilities.
I'd like to say it's never too late - I am now making a bit of money out of my knowledge and expertise without the formal qualification, but it would be nice to put letters after my name.
I have decided to develop this section after several emails from people saying 'where can I get information about culinary arts qualifications and courses'
